Adjunctive non-pharmacologic technologies are to be considered to reduce the risk of SSI.

This Webinar will address:

  • Overview of surgical site infections (SSIs)
  • SSI prevention measures
  • Link between SSIs and hypothermia
  • Impact of nationwide programs, such as SCIP, IHI’s 5 Million Lives Campaign, Pay-for-Performance, Mandatory Reporting
  • Non-pharmacologic technologies to help prevent SSIs
